Our On the day coordination package offers assistance and coordination on the day of your wedding.

8 weeks before your big day, we contact all your chosen and confirmed vendors to confirm the arrangements, ensuring all is in place and on schedule.

As the point of contact for all vendors and guests, our team of event coordinators are focused on ensuring the smooth running of your wedding. The number of dedicated coordinators will depend on your number of guests.

Wedding Preparation:

• Initial Consultation (Free and detailed above)

• Preparation of Wedding day schedule (including wedding prep schedule, ceremony/reception schedule, song list, photo list & floor plan)

• One site visit (dependent on location and time of booking)

• Unlimited email communication from date of contract

• Unlimited phone communication 8 weeks prior to your wedding (within working hours)

• Main point of contact for vendors and suppliers from 8 week prior to wedding

• Attend & Coordinate wedding rehearsal where applicable (2 hours)

Wedding Day Coordination:

• Ceremony Management - oversee all vendors involved in ceremony, coordinating set up and timeline of ceremony.

• Reception Management - oversee all vendors involved in reception, coordinating set up and timeline of reception

• Wedding Vendor management - main point of contact on day
